GSA-6310-1: Critical ImageMagick Security Update
Gnoppix Security published GSA-6310-1 to fix multiple vulnerabilities in ImageMagick. Users of Gnoppix 23/25 and Gnoppix 25 must update immediately.
What is the threat? Attackers can execute arbitrary code or crash services using crafted image files. Several CVEs, including CVE-2026-XXXX, are addressed.
How to fix? Upgrade the imagemagick package:
- Gnoppix 23/25: version 8:6.9.13.12+dfsg1-1+deb12u2
- Gnoppix 25: version 8:6.9.13.12+dfsg1-1+deb13u1
